The City Harvest Leadership Institute
The City Harvest Leadership Institute exists to fulfill the harvest of souls, equipping leaders to bring God’s Kingdom to every city.
Our guiding theme is: Grace, Growth, Go.
• Grace: Every person must know God’s grace and receive salvation through Jesus Christ. We teach and model a life lived in the fullness of His grace.
• Growth: We nurture spiritual maturity, helping leaders and believers grow in Christ and develop Christlike character and ministry effectiveness.
• Go: Following the Great Commission, we send trained leaders into the world to make disciples, baptize believers, and teach obedience to God’s Word (Matthew 28:18-20).
To accomplish this mission, The City Harvest Leadership Institute partners with universities, seminaries, colleges, churches, organizations, professors, and teachers. Through these partnerships, we implement effective strategies for soul harvest and equip leaders to impact communities locally and globally.

MISSION STATEMENT The mission of The City Harvest Leadership Institute is to equip pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders with sound biblical knowledge, strong spiritual character, and effective leadership skills to serve the Church, transform communities, and advance God’s Kingdom in every city and nation.
